Location
Cobb Seep is located about 5 miles west-northwest of Osteen. From the intersection of Enterprise-Osteen Road and State Road 415 in Osteen, drive west on the Enterprise-Osteen Road for 6.5 miles. Turn north (right) on Providence Boulevard. Continue to Doyle Road and turn east (right). Continue on Doyle Road to Alexander Avenue, and turn south (right). Alexander dead-ends in N. Harbor Drive. Turn left on N. Harbor Drive, then turn right on Council Bluffs Drive. Follow Council Bluffs Drive to Pebble Court. Turn left on Pebble Court, and drive to the end. Park in the cul-de-sac at 203 Pebble Court. This is private property, and permission must be obtained from the landowner before visiting the seep. Walk across the lawn to the back of the house, and follow the stream about 275 feet to a 2-inch metal pipe that is sticking out of ground. Cobb Seep is at base of slope. There is a cylindrical cement holding tank next to the seep on the west bank of the ditch.

Cobb Seep run
Description
Cobb Seep is a surficial aquifer seep at the base of a 2-foot embankment. The water is clear, and there is no sulfur odor. The water flows into a nearby stream.
