Technical and Implementation Work Groups for the Clay-Putnam minimum flows and levels prevention/recovery strategy development process met Dec. 5 at 1 p.m. at District headquarters.

The Clay-Putnam Technical Work Group completed its work in October 2012. The process has moved into the Implementation Work Group phase.
