This program is much like the Silver tier, but the water-efficient options for houses and landscapes conserve even more water.

Florida Water StarSM Technical Manual
The Florida Water StarSM Program Technical Manual contains detailed supporting technical information for the Residential, Commercial and Institutional, and Community certifications. This technical manual provides all stakeholders’ clarification and direction on the program criteria, discussing in detail the foundation and requirements for all prerequisites and efficiency practices. Each practice overview contains background information, performance or practice specifications, submittal and certification requirements, and in some cases, a specific Florida Water StarSM program tip.
